Open the app, go to My Vouchers, and show your voucher code to the shop owner. They verify it on their device and mark it redeemed once you complete your purchase. Your app instantly updates to show the voucher as redeemed, with the date and shop name recorded.

Can a voucher be used more than once?

No. Each voucher code is single-use. The moment a shop redeems it, the code is permanently locked with a timestamp and the shop's identity recorded. Database-level locking prevents the same code being redeemed twice, even if two tills scan it at the same moment.

How are winners chosen?

On the contest draw date, winners are selected either automatically by a random draw system or manually by the contest organiser, depending on the contest type. Every winner is notified by email and push notification, and prizes are credited to their in-app wallet immediately.

Is Collectt free to download?
